Terms of Use
By reading this review site you accept the points below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. They are short on purpose and written for ordinary readers.
What this site is
This is an independent information site. We describe and rate online casinos, and our opinions reflect what we saw when we visited. We are not a casino, a bookmaker, a financial adviser or a legal adviser.
Reviews are updated from time to time, but an offer, a limit or a payout time can change on the operator's side without notice.
No guarantee of accuracy
We work hard to keep facts correct, yet we cannot promise that every figure is current. Bonus sizes, minimum deposits, game counts and processing times come from the operator or from our own visits and may be out of date by the time you read them.
Always confirm the details on the operator's own pages before you deposit.
Age and local law
You must be 18 or older to use the casinos we review. Online gambling rules differ between countries and states, and it is your responsibility to check what is allowed where you live. The mention of an operator is not an invitation to break the law.
Operators described here may be licensed offshore and not by an Australian regulator, and we say so in each review where we know it.
Affiliate relationships
Some links on this site lead to operators we may earn a fee from if you register. This does not change the score we give or the faults we list. A score reflects our own judgment and the facts we could check.
We mark promotional links as such and we do not accept payment to hide a problem.
Your use of the content
You may read the site and share a link to a page. You may not copy whole reviews, republish our text as your own, scrape the site in bulk or present our material as coming from the operator.
Our name, layout and wording remain ours, and screenshots of third-party sites remain the property of their owners.
Limit of liability
We are not responsible for losses linked to gambling, to a decision taken after reading a review, or to the content of third-party websites. Gambling carries risk and you can lose money. Never stake more than you can afford.
If gambling is causing you harm, contact Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 for free and confidential support.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version on this page applies from the moment it is published, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
